30-day money-back guarantee

If Vesta isn't right for you, email support@biomedware.com within 30 days of your first purchase and we will refund it in full. No questions asked.

Renewals

Vesta renews yearly. We email you 30 days before each renewal. You can cancel at any time from your account page; canceling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the year you paid for. Renewal payments are refundable only if you ask within 14 days of the renewal date.

Teams

For team purchases, the guarantee covers the whole order for 30 days. Seats added later are covered for 30 days from the day they were added.

Deleting your account

Deleting your account ends your subscription. The guarantee and the renewal window above still apply; outside them, unused time is not refunded.

Charges made in error, and how refunds are paid

Charges made in error are always refunded. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. A refunded Founding Customer purchase gives up the Founding Customer price.
